​• The Fund will focus on residential properties located in the Rocky Mountain region, where there are significant imbalances in housing supply and strong demand.

​• Our strategy is to invest in niche opportunities for both development of new housing and the redevelopment of existing under-performing housing assets.

​• Asset types will include new development of rental and for sale housing, cash-flowing value-add multifamily, adaptive re-use of existing structures to housing, and special situation opportunities.
