Kathleen J. Tepley

LACG hosts two distinct business development advisory practices, both managed by Kathleen. The network enhancement practice offers strategic counsel and curated introductions to relevant business partners within LACG’s ecosystem. Through the event curation practice, Kathleen and her team conceptualize and produce public and private events for the global private capital community.

 

These events, such as the Lido Family Office Investment Symposium, held in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica from 2010 to 2019, are designed to enhance clients' brand and growth awareness. The Original Mixer is a true networking activity for business professionals that is held thrice a year in Los Angeles.

 

Kathleen also supports Family Office initiatives in the community. In 2021, after supporting the Family Office Association in Greenwich, Connecticut, she joined as the Managing Director to spearhead its next phase of growth. And now runs the US initiative for the Global Family Office Community (Vahe Vartanian) out of London.

With a long history of charitable giving and volunteer work, Kathleen is also an active advisory member and participant in other Exit Planning Communities, such as the Conejo Valley and Greater Los Angeles EPI Leadership Committees, and the family office community, including The Global 51 (TG51) and the Global Family Office Community.
