​Ted Kerr is a Managing Partner & Co-founding Principal of Crossbeam Capital LLC, an expert in multifamily operations, risk management, and asset management. He held many senior positions in the industry, including Executive Vice President of Property Operations of Walden Residential, a publicly traded REIT with 43,000 Units, and as Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for Olympus’ $1.8 billion multifamily portfolio.
