BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY

Our service is based on the “outsourced” team theory and provides you the value add of having a team of experienced business development members at a fraction of the cost for an “in-house” position.

LACG offers four (4) different packages to meet clients' needs. All business development advisory support programs need a minimum duration of six (6) months.

Ten (10) hours of support per month

Identification of targeted stakeholders, influencers, and growth leadership opportunities

Provide guidance for building out strategy, which could include marketing and development.

Determine advantageous systems & processes, CRM management, networking, professional and other organizations to become involved in.

Aid in building out your initiative for you and key members of your family or organization.

Fifteen (15) hours of support per month

Identify key networking events/conferences for attendance and, in some circumstances, attend on your behalf and validate this initiative.

Review the “status” of existing center of influence/referral sources to discuss and validate this initiative.

Attend specific events in support of your initiatives for the company.

Two (2) facilitated strategic introductions to centers of influence/referral sources and prospects.

Leads and Relationship management

Three (3) tailored marketing tactics

Twenty (20) hours of support per month

Identify key networking events/conferences for attendance and, in some circumstances, attend on your behalf and validate this initiative.

Review the “status” of existing center of influence/referral sources to discuss and validate this initiative.

Attend specific events in support of your initiatives for the company.
